May 15th, 2009 - MD Madhusudhan

One of our brilliant alumnus, Mr. M D Madhusudhan has just received the prestigious Whitley Award, which is also known as the Green Oscar, for the efforts that he has put in to reduce the human-wildlife conflict in the Western Ghats.

I take this opportunity to congratulate him on behalf of the other alumnus of CFTRI school.

We would love to have him attend one of the get togethers and give us some information about his awesome work.

    Surprising that you know MD Mad. He has been a great inspiration and I am proud that he approaches tiny tots like me for photographs of the natural world to communicate to the larger audience and make a difference like this.

    He happens to be my distant relative as well.
