October 4th, 2008 - My Brief and memorable stay
I was at CFTRI between my 2nd and 6th standards. 1977 to 1981. Aunty Parvathy, Aunty Sujaya and Aunty Geetha and of course Ranga Uncle left lasting impressions on me. What I still remember are the long walks to the main CFTRI buildings to watch Robinson Crusoe oon the 16 mm film projector, running around the fields and going to a couple of class mates’s house at the quarters behind the school where the tall grass used to be a challenge for a little kid afraid of wild things. The science exhibitions were another looked forward to event along with the annual book. Some class mates I remeber are Sridhar, Sujay, Ramesh, Nitin, Sangeetha Potti if you are seeing this mail me some time.
